At Performance Lighting, we’re always striving to be better.
Whether it’s better products, stock availability, faster delivery, customer service improvements or recyclability of our products, there’s always ways to improve.
Every year, we conduct two customer surveys by email, and our team work hard to understand and implement all of the feedback.
Working with our product team, we regularly benchmark our Performance lighting products against three of our main competitors, creating an improvement plan for each and every product.
This might involve changing product features, guarantees, lighting performance specification, even the packaging.
Similarly, we benchmark our customer journey with 3 of our key competitors twice per year, and continue to make improvements, so that we can exceed customer expectations.

In our 2024 customer survey:
85% of customers who responded stated that our Performance products were either Good or Excellent.
90% of customers who responded stated that they were either Very Satisfied or Satisfied with stock availability.
51% of customers who responded stated that Performance Lighting was either Much, or A Bit Better than the competition.
Over 91% of customers who responded would recommend Performance Lighting to other customers.
Our next survey is due in December 2024, and we will be working hard to improve our results even more.
